Rug care - ALPENROCK
For the ALPENROCK model, it is best to use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush - ideally a tapping vacuum cleaner. It is important that the vacuum cleaner tube is pulled in a slow movement from the remote position to the body. Important: do not rub. In our store you can find a vacuum cleaner attachment with rotating turbo brush. The attachment fits a tube with an outer diameter of up to 35 mm and is compatible with most commercially available vacuum cleaners.

Remove stains - ALPENROCK
Spray mineral water with a high carbonic acid content on the stain and let this act for about 30 seconds. Afterwards you can dab the spot dry with a white household paper. (Attention: Do not rub!) You can repeat this process until the stain is gone.
