Rug care - EUROPE
For the EUROPE model, it is best to use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush - ideally a tapping vacuum cleaner. It is important that the vacuum cleaner tube is pulled in a slow motion from the remote position to the body. Important: do not rub. In our store you can find a vacuum cleaner attachment with rotating turbo brush. The attachment fits a tube with an outer diameter of up to 35 mm and is compatible with most commercially available vacuum cleaners.

Remove stains - EUROPE
If the stain is still wet, you can put an absorbent cloth on it to draw up the liquid. Afterwards, you can dab the spot dry as best you can. If the spot is dry and individual threads are still dirty, you can cut them off with scissors. (As far down in the rug as possible)
