For the LADON model, it is best to use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush - ideally a tapping vacuum cleaner. It is important that the vacuum cleaner tube is pulled in a slow movement from the remote position to the body. Important: do not rub. In our store you can find a vacuum cleaner attachment with rotating turbo brush. The attachment fits a tube with an outer diameter of up to 35 mm and is compatible with most commercially available vacuum cleaners.

If the stain is still wet, you can put an absorbent cloth on it to draw up the liquid. After that, you can dab the spot dry as best as you can. Now you need the following cleaning kit so that we can proceed.

Attention: if the stain is on the high pile part, it does not need a cleaning kit. You can skip this step and continue below.

Have you received the cleaning kit? - Then you can now proceed.

Stain on the deeper surface: Sprinkle the Kobosan powder on the stain and massage the spot with the brush. After 30 minutes, you can vacuum up the powder again with a vacuum cleaner tube. Repeat this process until the stain is gone.

Stain on the higher surface: If the spot is dry and individual threads are still dirty, you can cut them off with scissors. (As far down in the rug as possible).
