Rug care - THALIA
With the AGLAIA model, you can use a conventional vacuum cleaner with a floor nozzle. It is important that the brush is retracted and the vacuum cleaner tube is pulled in a slow movement from the remote position to the body. Important: do not rub.
On the following video you can see the execution of how to properly vacuum the rug.
Remove stains - THALIA
Stain on the wool strip (matt part): Spray mineral water with a high carbonic acid content on the stain and let this act for about 30 seconds. Afterwards you can dab the spot dry with a white household paper. (Attention: Do not rub!) You can repeat this procedure until the stain is gone.
Stain on the linen strip (shiny part): If the stain is still wet, you can put an absorbent cloth on it to soak up the liquid. After that, you can blot the spot dry as best as you can. Now you need the following cleaning kit so that we can proceed.
Buy the cleaning kit in the shop
Have you received the cleaning kit? - Then you can now proceed: Sprinkle the Kobosan powder on the stain and massage the spot with the brush. After 30 minutes, you can vacuum up the powder again with a vacuum cleaner tube. Repeat this procedure until the stain is gone.
On the following video you can see the execution of this.
